Ka Pai pours a cloudy golden yellow with deeper orange shadows and crisp white highlights. Ripe aromas of white peach, tangerine, and bright juniper fill the glass. Subtly sweet caramel malt character and a substantial mouthfeel balance out subdued melon rind and a zesty lingering bitter spruce.
