Fattoni is heavily dryhopped with noble US Sterling hops for a nice floral, perfumy hop character that really blossoms as the beer slowly warms in your glass.
Sandbox Series #13: Fattoni Italian Pilsner is our take on an emerging style. Our 4th lager ever, it was inspired by beers coming out of several Italian craft brewers, as picked up and run with by some US brewers. Fattoni is heavily dryhopped with noble US Sterling hops for a nice floral, perfumy hop character that really blossoms as the beer slowly warms in your glass.
