Beer Description
It was crispy, bright, and chock full of evergreen, ruby red grapefruit and apricot aromas. It used HBC 586, now known as Krush (*). Our friends at Perrault Farm let us know they would have some we could use fresh, so we did. Feels nice doesn’t it?
A few months ago, we brewed this beer with our friends at Van Henion out of Bend, OR. It was crispy, bright, and chock full of evergreen, ruby red grapefruit and apricot aromas.
