Beer Description
In addition to our new hand selected lot of Mosaic, we also layered in Krush (HBC586) along with some concentrated Strata CGX and Columbus Cryo. Echo is super pale and dry with big expressive flavors of danky passionfruit, honeydew melon, berry, ruby red grapefruit, and a sticky pine resin. The bitterness is in check that highlights the dryness of the beer and keeps you coming back for another sip
