Beer Description
A fresh take on one of our absolute favorite classic pale ales. Brewed solely with a classic base malt and hopped aggressively in the kettle and whirlpool with the hop that made American craft beer – an absolutely lovely lot of Cascade from our friends at @crosbyhops. Fermented with our west coast style yeast and then conditioned to perfection. Mountains of bright grapefruit, fresh valley flowers, with a bitterness to keep it crisp and refreshing.
