Beer Description
We decided to go simple with our first saison of the year to really let the yeast shine. Mostly pilsner malt with a little rye, the French Saison yeast that could “eat a shoe” eats almost all the sugar in this beer that results in a dry easy drinker with notes of citrus and spice while only being slightly phenolic.
