Beer Description
Eisbock Lager – 9% – Our newest collaboration with Piece, is a standard beer (or bock) that is put under freezing temps to allow all the water to freeze, and the remaining liquid is now concentrated in alcohol and removed from the ice to create the eisbock. A beer unlike any other was the only logical step in our ever escalating collabs with our buddies at Piece. The result is a formidable bock with great mouthfeel, and rich malty sweetness followed by waves of dark fruits.
