Ingrained in American history as the most prestigious of all cider southern cider fruit, the Hewes Crab once dominated the orchards of Virginia during the 18th and 19th century. Rooted in tradition, prized for complexity, and grown by our founding fathers, this high gravity single varietal boasts notes of honeysuckle, spice, and stone fruit. Spontaneously fermented on oak, rested on lees, and aged 1 year to perfection. Raise a glass as we celebrate the revival of an icon.
