Dizzy Spell, our take on a Kölsch-style ale, or as we’re lovingly calling it, an “Almost Kölsch”, was brewed with local Pilsner and Wheat malt, Hallertau + Crystal hops and Kolsch yeast.
Dizzy Spell is quenchingly dry and fruity, with rich crackery malt, and a pleasant, citric drinkability to keep you company through these uncannily warm days.
