Beer Description
The joyous sixth sister in our cider family, Novello is inspired by nouveau, the first wine bottled for the new vintage. A collaboration between La garagista and Disciple, this frizzante is a blend of early-season apples and grapes collected from late August until the end of September. Light and lustrous, a lovely rosé with a pearly mousse and minerality. Just the thing to spark up a conversation or brighten your day.
