Beer Description
Belgian style golden ale brewed in abbey tradition with the yeast purportedly used at the famed Trappist Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy in Wallonia better know simply as Rochefort. “Sa Santé” translates to “his health” as we brewed this to extend our thoughts and best wishes to their long time abbott as he struggles with some health concerns. Presents golden/straw in color with distinct, fermentation derived notes of yellow peach, Oolang tea, and white pepper.
