Not to be confused with a well known pilsner from Italy in a green bottle and a white label, a craft Italian Pilsner is like a German pilsner – dry, crisp, utterly crushable – but with a softer mouthfeel and a delicate dry-hop with German hops. Brewed with 100% Rabbit Hill Pilsner and Chillum malts, decoction mashed, and hopped aggressively with Grungheist and Diamant hops, Forza is stupidly drinkable.
