Part of the ‘Wild and Free’ Series. As a maple cream ale, all of the mash water for this brew was replaced with maple sap, and maple syrup was added during fermentation, resulting in a prominent maple taste.

White walnut trees are an important part of our native forests providing food and habitat for many species, including the charismatic hickory horned devil, a caterpillar of the regal moth. All maple products in this brew are sourced from Blossom Hill Farms, located in West virginia.
