Beer Description
Light, refreshing beer with a dry finish. Slightly hoppier than an American style Pilzner. Imported Saaz hops added by the pound bring this flavor profile to life. Lager malt and a little help of two other specialty grains provide a familiar body and flavor to this offering. A rather long fermentation cycle makes this brew roughly a 10 week project.
