Homebrewer Mark Kneip bowled us over with his homebrewed American Pale Ale, so much so that we decided to brew it ourselves! Pale golden in color with a white head, the aroma of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango fuse with notes of citrus and pine, all contributed by Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic hops. A bread dough-like malt backbone supports hop flavor similar to the nose, and it finishes with a satisfying bitterness.
