Beer Description

This golden-hued IPA pours with a creamy white head and wafts aromas of wildflower honey laced with bright citrus, floral lemon, and subtle pine from Centennial hops, rounded by toasty honey malt. On the palate, velvety honey sweetness unfolds, tempered by Centennial’s crisp grapefruit tang and herbal resin from a restrained 49 IBU backbone, plus the 10-minute honey boil infusion. Medium-bodied and effervescent, it finishes dry and quenching—ideal for honey-forward bliss over hop aggression, pairing beautifully with soft cheeses or stone fruits.
