Wayward Lane Recurremce IV

This year’s iteration began its life as two separate batches, one Saison, one Witbier. After a quick stint in stainless we transferred these beers into neutral oak barrels and dosed them with a chosen blend of brettanomyces and bacteria and allowed them mature for a good long while. Once we deemed them ready for blending we decided on a dry hop of one of our favorite newer varieties, Luminosa from our friends @indiehops. At packaging we added a dose of our Estate Wildflower Honey produced by our partners @hophousefarm , then allowed a bottle and keg refermentation over several months. Recurrence IV exudes vibrant notes of juicy apricot, sweet alphonso mango, bright clementine zest, whisps of fresh early summer flowers, and a delicate and alluring funk. Zippy carbonation and luscious foam make for a wildly refreshing experience.
