We began this collaboration before their closing, so you could say that Goed Bye And Goed Luck is our contribution to the celebration of life for our favorite local beer cafe, Goed Zuur. With the help of our Goed Zuur friends, we selected two puncheons from the 21|22 brew season to rest on ’23 harvest Colorado White Lady Peaches and Multihead Wet Hops. As a notable departure from our 100% Colorado ingredient guidelines (a rule we bend to make room for creativity in collaborations) Goed Bye And Goed Luck was also matured on YCH Fresh Hop Citra Cryo®.
