Beer Description
We were able to get our hands on locally grown hops that were cut from the vine on a Monday and thrown into our boil kettle not even 24 hours later while they were still wet. This brings a unique fresh hop flavor that can only be enjoyed one time a year!
Wet Hop Pale Ale; All Spring and Summer long these guys have been working hard under the heat of the sun, trying to grow bigger and stronger. Then come Fall they all just end up getting cut, available to anyone on the free market. That my friends is the life of hops.
