Beer Description
Use of traditional German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops provide just enough bitterness and add slight floral and spicy hop notes. We fermented this Pilsner with a traditional German lager strain and cold conditioned (lagered) it for over a month.
A traditional German pilsner brewed with solely Pilsen malt using a technique called decoction mashing, resulting in a pale colored lager with round and complex malt characteristics. Use of traditional German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops provide just enough bitterness and add slight floral and spicy hop notes. We fermented this Pilsner with a traditional German lager strain and cold conditioned (lagered) it for over a month.
