Beer Description
Sculptura is a new series of beers where the brewers will experiment with different ingredients and brewing techniques. Each iteration can be a different style of beer or a variation on a classic Caius Farm beer. This third iteration was brewed with some of our favorite New Zealand hops but employed a new dry hopping technique! We also experimented with a new base malt! We taste notes of guava, mango, and orange creamsicle.
