Brewed on a Maris Otter base with Wadefest and Applewood-smoked Pilsner malt from Epiphany Malt House, Owl Capone delivers layers of bready malt, subtle smoke, and rustic sweetness. Hallertau Mittelfrüh keeps things clean and balanced with soft floral notes and a crisp finish. Old-school roots, smooth getaway.
