Single-Origin Citra on barley, wheat and oats
Last year, we had the privilege of traveling to Tokyo to participate in an intimate beer festival with a handful of breweries that we seriously look up to. During the trip, we all became fast friends. —A privilege that has opened the door to a lot of exciting possibilities this year. When the invitation arose to brew a version of Jasper along side many of our esteemed peers, we were humbled by the opportunity.
This homage to Jasper, one of @fidensbrewing most iconic brands, features a hand-picked lot of Citra from @westwood_farms_that we worked closely with our friends @yakimachief to select. Westwood is a forward-thinking hop grower centered around sustainable, regenerative farming.
We’re getting notes of bright, high-toned citrus, mango sherbert, macadamia macaroons and hints of honey.
