Beer Description
Big maple syrup aromas, oatmeal raisin cookies, with a touch of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is silky smooth thanks to flaked oats, chocolate wheat malt, vanilla beans, and lactose.
Aged for 13 months in A. Smith Bowman bourbon barrels, hitting a sweet spot of silky smooth bourbon character. In addition to a large variety of specialty malts and some lactose, this beer leans heavily into Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon, and fenugreek.
