Beer Description
We notice impressions of cold brew coffee, manuka honey, pumpernickel bread, caramel tones, and dark fruit almost smoke forward feel for what easily could be the ultimate autumn into winter beer.
This iteration received the full-on single decoction method, whereby portions of the mash are boiled separately in an effort to draw out even more malt character.
Slowly fermented, and naturally carbonated by capturing as much residual co2 as possible via the magic that is spunding, we notice impressions of cold brew coffee, manuka honey, pumpernickel bread, caramel tones, and dark fruit almost smoke forward feel for what easily could be the ultimate autumn into winter beer.
