In the quiet hours, when decisions are made by candlelight, a parliament gathers.
This Double IPA is a study in balance and intention—layered, expressive, and quietly assertive. Nelson Sauvin brings notes of white grape and soft tropical fruit, Riwaka adds vibrant citrus and lifted aromatics, and Simcoe grounds the beer with resinous depth and a hint of pine. Together, they convene into a composed yet luminous whole.
An approachable body with a refined mouthfeel carries saturated hop character and measured bitterness toward a polished, deliberate finish—inviting contemplation rather than excess.
