Beer Description
An amber lager with a grain bill that consists of about 25% Seashore Rye Malt from Epiphany Malt House. This rye brings a nice biscuity and earthy character without the strong โspiceโ typically associated with rye malt. We complement it with some Pilsner and Vienna malts, and just a touch of caramel malt to round it out. Malt forward, with just a hint of balancing bitterness so the rye can be the star of the show here.
