We’re incredibly proud to collaborate with the Bavarian Lodge in Lisle, Illinois—a legendary destination that has championed classic European and American craft beer culture for decades. Voice of Spring, this special Czech Pilsner, was brewed to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
Crafted with a traditional five-step single decoction mash, the beer features Tchecomalt, floor-malted in Litovel, Czechia, and is anchored by noble Saaz hops with a touch of Most dry hopping. The result is a pale-gold lager where old-world tradition meets modern finesse—elegant, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.
