This Mild is paler than our Dark Mild, but has a nice deep copper hue, and brings lots of malty aromatic notes to the party – we’re getting whiffs of whole wheat sourdough toast, straight from the bag Maris Otter, antique furniture shopping, baked pears with caramel, and some of the fruity earthy-spice that the ol’ EKG/Fuggles hop combo shows off so well
