Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A simple and light malt bill creates a clean palate for flavor waves of juicy fruit, bright citrus, and resiny dankness.
For this West Coast IPA, we left behind all the new-fangled hoppy tricks and gimmicks and travelled back to the basics with a boatload of three of our favorite PNW hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A simple and light malt bill creates a clean palate for flavor waves of juicy fruit, bright citrus, and resiny dankness. It’s just a great WCIPA, no lightning bolts or Deloreans required.
