Beer Description
Crafted in collaboration with our sisters at MadTree and Esoteric, this Brut IPA glows with aromatics of white grape and a trio of mango, nectarine, and mandarin orange. Fonio, an ancient and sustainable West African grain, is the heart of this recipe and is paired with Hallertau Blanc and Enigma hops to highlight the unique characteristics of this ingredient when used in beer, like white wine, tropical fruit and a honey-like sweetness. Flavors of lemongrass are supported by a delicate grain bill with light notes of almond that are whisked away by a dry, warming finish.
