Fobab 2025 entrant. This unblended extra-sweet component of barleywine was aged for three years in our “Barleywinery”, spending half its time in bourbon barrels before finishing in French-oak-augmented cherry liqueur barrels. Frequent topping preserves youthful aromatics in this highly concentrated symphony of malt and oak.
