A saturated wave of mango, pineapple, and citrus peel hits., driven by the concentrated punch of Citra Cryo. Mosaic folds in with blueberry, stone fruit, and a soft herbal edge, giving the aroma a layered, almost juicy–savory depth. Anchovy hops add a subtle dank, coastal salinity that keeps the sweetness in check and gives the beer a distinctive, slightly wild character.
