Northern German-style Altbier made with German grown barley and loads of Halltertau Mittelfruh hops. Rich toasty malt aroma, hints of dark fruit, wheat bran, backed with an assertive spicy bitterness and crisp finish. The city of Düsseldorf lies East of the Rhine River, in which this indigenous beer style hails from.
