Beer Description
Saisons dans L’abîme is the first entry into our Brewers’ Beer series, where we hand the reins over to our production team and have them dream up/brew a beer of their own. This one comes straight from the brain of our very own Richard Angeles. A simple yet expressive french table beer built from pure pilsner malt and locally sourced Patwin White Spring wheat from Admiral Maltings. Co-fermented warm and dry with two of our favorite belgian yeast strains, Saisons dans L’Abîme hums with peppery spice, light citrus, and a whisper of open hayfields. A soft touch of Perle and Saaz hops keeps the beer lean, bright, and endlessly drinkable.
