No unnecessary adjuncts, just a straight up Leipzig style classic Gose, perfect for the warm weather approaching. 4.6% and naturally soured via wheat inoculation in the kettle, Gose is tart and bright with the perfect amount of salt to balance out the acidity. Notes of lemon zest, wildflower and coriander with a delicious, honey-malt finish.
