Beer Description
The idea was to do a very low abv hazy pale ale with a lot of character with help from some thiols. 4% abv “petite pale ale” that’s a gulpable, soft and pillowy hoppy beer. Mega Motueka in the whirlpool (a blend of Motueka hops and thiols derived from spent wine grape skins) along with our newly selected lots of Centennial and Simcoe in the dry hop. A nice, juicy treat.
