Lily is a barrel-aged saison matured in white wine barrels, bringing a soft, expressive twist to a delicate base. Apricot, hay, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are bright on the nose. Apricot leads the flavor with a light salinity and subtle oak from the barrels, finishing dry.
