A true hybrid style, this beer is fermented cold with a special yeast isolated from the city of Cologne, Germany. After fermentation, Citrus Kolsch undergoes an extended lagering period to produce an exceptionally crisp beer with a signature fruitiness, minerality, and citrus kick
