Beer Description
Volume XXIX features freshly picked apricots from our friends Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis that is known for the white wine and SweeTarts aromas it creates. This combination yields aromas of fleshy apricots, Fruit Loops, honeysuckle, wet hay, and lime Sprees. The flavor and body are reminiscent of Pinot Gris with a pleasant acidity and a touch of minerality on the finish.
