Beer Description
Some IPAs are all about soft power. From a distance it’s like a flower on the horizon, but up close it’s an M1 Abrams in a deceptive pink camouflage. This one is somewhere between metal and petal. It starts out like flowers and watermelon candies, and then takes a turn towards the diesel. Pass it under your nose and whiff the power of a double dry-hop of Simcoe and El Dorado. Throw it back and you’ll recall the aggressive West Coast IPAs of yore. A dry, tempered finish invites another sip, and an ongoing flirtation with danger.
