Beer Description
The highly regarded team over at Brujos was gracious enough to share their one true core beer and absolutely fire WCIPA recipe to celebrate El Dia de Los Sieses (SIXES day!). We put our little Alvarado spin on it, and the result is a bright neon plumage wrapped around something far darker underneath. A surreal confluence of mango, grapefruit, papaya, tamarind, sweet melon, and pineapple takes possession of your senses as you descend deeper into layers of resinous pine, crushed basil, rosemary, and a haunting dankness. This beer stalks the palate with measured bitterness, glowing fruit intensity, and an eerie, lingering presence. 6.66% West Coast EEPAH for the win!
