“So Much Room For Hops” has so many activities packed into the glass, it might need bunk beds. This Hazy IPA is loaded with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Dolcita, and Manilita, coming together like two fully grown hop roommates who just discovered they’re best friends and immediately started karate in the garage. Huge waves of mango smoothie, orange creamsicle, peach candy, and pineapple juice crash through first, followed by bursts of blueberry gummies, lime zest, soft melon, and tropical fruit snacks raided straight from the Prestige Worldwide boardroom. Simcoe keeps things just mischievous enough with a little berry-dank edge and “did we just become best friends?” aromatic chaos, while Dolcita and Manilita pile on plush layers of sweet citrus, ripe stone fruit, and candy-shop tropicalia.
