Originally inspired by a popular Belgian student cocktail that blended Scaldis Caractère with peach beer, Brasserie Dubuisson transformed the concept into a beer of its own in 2009. Natural peach extracts complement the rich malt character, subtle hop bitterness, and expressive Belgian yeast profile, creating aromas of peach nectar, mango, banana, and caramel. The result is the strongest Belgian fruit beer in the brewery’s lineup—full-bodied, elegant, and surprisingly refreshing despite its 8.5% ABV.
