Beer Description
Hee Haw Honeys Kölsch
Well howdy there, folks! This here Honey Kölsch is named after them purty Hee Haw Honeys — the prettiest bunch this side of the Mississippi! We took a good ol’ Pilsner and wheat malt base, tossed in some honey malt for that sweet touch, and finished her off with a big ol’ splash of real honey right at the end. Then we hopped it gentle-like with German Tradition hops for a nice floral, spicy kick — 22 IBU, not too bitter, just right.
She pours up bright golden with a big fluffy white head, smells like fresh honey straight from the hive, and finishes crisp and dry even though she’s packin’ 6.8% ABV. Goes down smoother than a Saturday night sing-along!
