Our first saison of the spring and summer seasons pours golden-amber with a white head. A spicy, fruity aroma gives way to citrusy esters, grainy and earthy malt, and black pepper notes that ride on its bubbly character. Tettnanger hops contribute further spiciness. A typical dry finish leaves the drinker eager for the next sip, and looking forward to the warmer months ahead!
