Beer Description
Wax Cathedral is a hazy Double IPA built for maximum hop saturation. Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, and Galaxy stack layers of dank citrus, ripe stone fruit, tropical juice, and resinous hop character over a pillowy, soft-textured body. Big peach and orange aromatics give way to waves of citrus and tropical fruit, with just enough piney bitterness to keep the juice in check. Saturated, hazy, and unapologetically hop-forward.
