Beer Description
No style has evolved more over the past 15 years than West Coast IPA. In the last decade and a half these beers have become drier, lighter, more aroma-intense, and more refined in their bitterness. New innovations in hop science and technology let brewers pack more hop character into these beers than ever before. The vanguard of West Coast iPA today looks pretty different than just a few years ago, and ‘old school’ versions just don’t cut it anymore. So, we are carving out some new territory for ourselves. Meet our new flagship West Coast IPA, a beer that goes all-in on the contemporary version of this hallowed style.
