Beer Description
We love WC Pilsners because they combine the desirable traits of a lager, namely clean drinkability, with the pungent aromas of Pacific NW hops. Aromas of berries, citrus, and tropical fruits shine on top of a light and crackery Pilsner malt profile for pleasant drinkability. We used a traditional method called “krausening” to naturally carbonate this beer for silky smooth bubbles.
