Equilibrium + Confluence Delta Function

Delta Function is our collaboration with Confluence Brewing Co. Built on a four-grain foundation of malted barley, malted oats, white wheat, and flaked wheat, the malt profile brings a soft, pillowy body with subtle notes of fresh bread, light biscuit, and gentle grain sweetness. Citra Incognito and Enigma enter the whirlpool, followed by a heavy dry hop of Riwaka, Enigma, Citra, and Galaxy, layering aromas of ripe passionfruit, mango, pineapple, lime, and bright citrus. Flavors follow with juicy tropical fruit, tangerine, passionfruit, and ripe peach, backed by hints of dank citrus and resin before finishing soft, bright, and intensely hop-forward. When all the variables align, you get a Delta Function.
